Tonari no Toronto
Hey guys. I notice that ramen's getting really popular recently, outside of Japan.
In my city, Toronto, for example, there have been like, 4 or 5 new chains opening up in the past 3 or so years.
Personally, my favourite type is tonkotsu (pork bone), since I like the rich flavour that isn't too salty.
How about all you other boys and girls? 😉

Indo-mei and Ichiban both instant versions. "Real" ramen is from a spot in Chicago called Wasabi: their miso + pork is so good (and so pricey T^T).
