Synopsis

The second season of Kimetsu no Yaiba.

First hitting the airwaves in April of 2019, Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by a demon, and his sister Nezuko, who was turned into one. Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps in hopes of restoring his sister’s humanity. The tear-jerking stories, epic battle sequences, and occasional humor have been popular not only in Japan, but have made waves the world over.

The movie “Infinity Train,” which is a continuation of the “Finding My Purpose” arc of the anime, debuted on the big screen in October 2020 and is now a stage production.

An “Infinity Train” arc is set to be broadcast in October 2021, and the “Entertainment District” arc is slated for a December release.

After completing their mission on the Infinity Train, Tanjiro and his friends are sent to the Entertainment District to undertake their next assignment. They are joined by the Demon Slayer Corps’ top swordsman, the Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui, on their journey into the demon-infested district.

A new battle is underway!

Tanjiro Kamado: Natsuki Hanae

The main protagonist of this work. He is working hard to turn his younger sister, Nezuko, who had become a demon, back to a human. He has a keen sense of smell. He wears the "Hinowa's earring". He became a Water Breathing user after receiving training from the former Water Pillar, Urokodaki, but has started to use the "Hi no Kami Kagura" afterward.

Nezuko Kamado: Akari Kitou

Tanjirou's younger sister. Despite being a demon, she does not assault humans. She bites on a bamboo restrainer placed over her mouth to seal her abilities. In the battle with Rui, she is awakened to her Blood Demon Art, "Exploding Blood", which causes her blood to explode.

Zenitsu Agatsuma: Hiro Shimono

A Demon Slayer Corps member who joined at the same time as Tanjirou. He can only use the "First Style: Thunderclap Flash" of Thunder Breathing. He has good hearing. He immediately falls for girls and is easily cheated as he only trusts those whom he believes. Despite being pessimistic, he reveals his true abilities after passing out, which releases his anxiety.

Inosuke Hashibira: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka

A Demon Slayer Corps member initiated at the same time as Tanjirou. He believes he was raised by boars. He is always on the lookout for strong rivals as he loves to fight. He uses the Breath of the Beast, which he created . His swords are always jagged and their sharpness to cut is its unique characteristic. He always wears a boar head. He is unable to read and can't remember people's names.
