Shikkoku no Shaga The Animation feels like it belongs in the 90s where hentai anime tries to tell a decent story and there’s context behind the sex. Nowadays, hentai anime cuts out the story and you end up with these 15-minute episodes that end before you know it. 30 minutes per episode, very detailed sex scenes evenly spaced out, and a story that is very reminiscent of La☆Blue Girl, Shikkoku no Shaga The Animation is a blast from the past.

Kuroinu, in a way, is a modern hentai classic and will stand the test of time like 1990s Wordsworth and Urotsukidouji did because of its high quality and consistent production, a huge cast of beautiful girls with varying fantasy stereotypes and sizes getting raped by men, ogres, demons driven by lust, lengthy and very detailed sex scenes, and the fact that Kuroinu has delicious dark elves getting fucked up, down, left, right, in, out, over, and under.
