- Kaede Higuchi, a member of the virtual liver group Nijisanji, has unveiled a new visual and a music video for her upcoming second full album, titled GAME GIRL, which is set to be released on October 9.
- The album is designed to resemble a video game, reflecting the many memorable moments that Kaede Higuchi has created through games during her regular streams. The new artist visual, based on a romance game theme, was specially illustrated by Shiro Yamada. Additionally, dot art inspired by each song was created by Kuchurokaku, and the packaging and text feature designs that evoke the nostalgia of retro games.
- The album will include a total of 13 tracks, featuring previously released songs such as Ryosangata Riko: Saigo no Puramo Joshi no Jinsei Kumitate Ki OP theme “I’m Home!” and I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability OP theme “Curious,” alongside new songs by talented creators. These include lyrics written by fellow Nijisanji member Miyako Seto and newly composed tracks by the entertainment group Vivarush and the ska-core band THE GELUGUGU.
- Leading up to the release of GAME GIRL, a music video for the album’s lead track, “Reset and...,” has been released. This song captures the emotions Kaede Higuchi experienced while reflecting on herself during a temporary hiatus.
