This organization looks after each of the wards, and Jean is currently second in command of the Inspection office. Nicknamed 'Cigarette receiver Jean,' he has been dubbed the 'quirky man' and he is nobody’s fool. Have his inspections finally discovered something that could shake society to its core!? Something that in accordance with its lack of affiliation, and its unconventional persistence… This anime will look at the individuals working within this organization and their unique personalities.

This show has a certain flair to it that is undeniably enjoyable. Right now, if you’re looking for a show that is different from the rest, then this is the one to be going to. Its characters have a certain nonchalance that scream Cowboy Bebop. This is particularly true for the main character, who has a penchant for smoking in just about any location, and is also equally intelligent and mysterious. Its art style slightly contrasts the nonchalance of these characters but doesn’t clash. In fact, it really gives the world a lot more vibrancy that’s similar to shows like Concrete Revolutio, and this helps liven up the atmosphere and make the quiet moments more impactful. Pulling all of it together is the political intrigue that the writers do a great job interweaving throughout the piece. They leave a few loose ends each episode that are just long enough for us to tie together in how things will pan out in the next couple episodes. Fun enough, they provide loose ends that often have conflicts with one another.
