One Punch Matsuri

The highly anticipated "One Punch Man" is finally here! As the best-selling manga, it has gathered lots of attention from fans all over the world and with the anime becoming a crowd favorite, this is definitely an amazing experience you won't want to miss. This event will consist of an engaging talk show with special guests: Animation Director Shingo Natsume and Saitama Voice Actor Makoto Furukawa, live performance from JAM Project, and more.

Love Live! Sunshine!! Nice to Meet You, we Are Aqours!!

Welcome "Love Live! Sunshine!!" to America as they host their very first joint event outside of Japan! This event will include an exciting talk show with several of the school idol group members: Aqours. In addition, there will also be a special lottery giveaway and more!

Japan Super Live

For one night only, attendees will get the chance to see multiple anime music artists and groups in one show. With JAM Project, T.M. Revolution, SPHERE, Yoko Ishida, Minami, Eir Aoi, and Luna Haruna, this star-studded concert is sure to be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Japan Band Battle

Experience the thrilling head to head battle between FLOW, the rock band well known for opening themes for Naruto and Psalms of Planets Eureka seven, and OLDCODEX, the rock band well known for the opening theme of Kuroko's Basketball and GODEATER. Let the battle of the bands begin!

Established | The Anime Expo was first held in Northern California in 1991 before SPJA took over in 1992. In 1994, AX moved to Southern California, where it has been held ever since. Although the location is officially in Los Angeles, AX has been held in New York, San Jose, Anaheim, and Tokyo. Anime Expo’s size has increased dramatically over the years and now, it is the biggest anime convention in North America. People fly in from all over the world just to attend! |
