What You Need to Know:
- Another popular Kaji spinoff series has been greenlit for an anime... sort of. The anime is going to debut on October 9th at 1:59am (technically, October 10th), however it is going to air in place of the episode of Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa anime.
- The staff has been confirmed to be the same as Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa, and will star Chou as Ootsuki, Takuya Satou as Naganuma, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Ishikazu, Toshiki Masuda as Miyamoto, Tomoaki Maeno as Odagiri, and more. The story follows Ootsuki as he gets a one-day pass allowing him to leave the debtors camp and he lives freely outside.
- The series was launched in December 2016 before going on to release the 1st bound volume in June 2017. The fourth bound volume was just released in August 2018. It is written by Tensei Hagiwara while Motomu Uehara and Kazuya Arai are in charge of the art.
