Ever since this incident, the number of users of Order has increased to more than 2000, and they brought calamity everywhere they went. Japan especially has been devastated due to it losing the ability to rule itself. The United Nations has set up a provisional government within Japan to rule it. In the Kyuushu branch, the Dazaifu government office along with the military has been tasked with restoring public order.

Eiji meets Rin one day and falls in love with her at first sight. In a stroke of good luck, they live in the same building. Rin tries to kill him. However, Rin is actually a member of the military and so she cannot be killed because that is part of her order. Her parents were both killed in the great calamity so she has been after Eiji ever since hell-bent on revenge.

While fighting Rin, Eiji remembers that the reason why he made the wish was not to bring ruin to the world, but to bring peace to the world. Re-determined to do it correct the next time around, he proclaims that he is going to bring peace to the world.

Eiji was originally planning to subjugate Rin and force her to take two oaths. First, that she will never cease from being under his jurisdiction, and second, to never harm either him or his sister. In the heat of the moment though, Eiji also forcibly changed Rin’s existence to that of being his companion. Flustered Eiji is now alongside Rin while Rin secretly is hiding her desire to want to kill him with glee. What does fate have in store for these next two?

Eiji Hoshimiya

Eiji is a high school student that, 10 years ago, almost brought the world to it’s knees. He lost both of his parents in the destruction and his only living relative left is his sister Sena. He’s straightforward, but there is something he is hiding something behind his eyes. His power allows him to bind his foes and is called ‘Bind Dominator’

Rin Kurenai

Rin is a Second Lieutenant attached to the Dazaifu Office. Rin lost both of her parents in the incident 10 years ago and so her desire is to kill Eiji. She is cute, but she is also a bit dense. Her power is called the flames of rebirth or ‘Reverse Fire.’

Sena Hoshimiya

Voice Actor: Misaki Kuno

Sena is Eiji’s younger sister. She will spend the rest of her remaining life in the hospital run by Eiji’s uncle called Hoshimiya Sougou Hospital.

Iyo

Voice Actor: Azusa Tadokoro

Iyo is 4th Hand of the 10 Hands that work at the Dazaifu Office. She tends to have a soft spot for Eiji. She thinks that if someone touches the ribbon on her head she will become pregnant. Her ability is to be able to read the stars perfectly and is called ‘Star Seeker.’

Gennai Hoshimiya

Gennai is a mysterious being who is Daisy’s and somehow seems to be like Eiji’s father.

Daisy

Daisy can grant wishes to humans and give them power. She is a mysterious being.

Yoshitsune Hiiragi

Yoshitsune is the 3rd Hand of the 10 Hands that work in the Dazaifu office. He is a colonel and among the 10 Hands, and the highest in rank. He is cool, sharp, and able to get things done. His power allows him to exchange through divine power and is called ‘fact to fiction’

Benkei Narukami

Benkei is the 2nd Hand of the 10 Hands that work in the Dazaifu Office. He is a lieutenant colonel and is good-natured. His power allows him to roughly conjure up spirits of the dead and is called ‘Battle on’

Ayahito Sundan

Ayahito is the 10th Hand of the 10 Hands that work in the Dazaifu Office. He is a major. His power creates a secret room that can allow him to murder and it’s called ‘Murders Room.’

Kagekiyo Tairano

Voice Actor: Hitomi Harada

Kagekiyo is an esper who is the head of the UN provisional government in Yamaguchi Prefecture. She used to be a protector of graves. Her ability allows her to ferociously control stones and is called ‘Heavy Rock Star’

Abraham Louis Fran

Abraham is a second lieutenant who had his powers appreciated by Yoshitsune. Abraham is Yoshitsune’s trusted retainer to the 9th Hand Mari Kunou who is not currently one of the 10 Hands. His power is absolute and is called ‘Chronograph Calber’
