- "Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-" and "Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- Pocket" available on Johren, are now also available on the App Store and Google Play Store in the U.S. as the smartphone app game "Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- Pocket" starting Tuesday, August 10.
- Touken Ranbu is a collect-and-raise simulation game featuring Touken Danshi, the historical swords. Players become "Saniwa" and materialize "Touken Danshi", famous swords taken the forms of honorable warriors, to maintain the true history together. Gather eight types of Touken -- Tanto, Wakizashi, Uchigatana, Tachi, Otachi, Naginata, Yari and Tsurugi, and create your own unique battalion to prevent the history revisionists from changing the past!
- Synopsis: The year is 2205. Revisionists seeking to change history have begun to attack the past. The "Saniwa", who has been given the task of protecting the history, heads back in time with "Touken Danshi", the fabled swords that have taken the forms of powerful warriors.

"Operation Nightflower Recapture" Event Now Underway
Period: After released on 8/10/2021 (Tue) - 8/24/2021 (Tue) 8:59 PM PDT
"Operation Nightflower Recapture" is an event to collect "Firework Balls" and defeat History Retrograde Army at "Downtown Edo".
"Backdrop: Scenic View - Firework" could be obtained by collecting 20,000 "Firework Balls", with special "fireworks" display and some Touken Danshi with "firework voices".
"Backdrop: Scenic View - Fireworks Big Konnosuke" could be obtained by collecting 30,000 "Firework Balls" with special "Konnosuke fireworks" display, and some Touken Danshi with "firework voices".
There are two "firework voices" per Touken Danshi, and one of the voices will be played with the display. More "firework voices" will be added in the future.
The following Touken Danshi will receive double the EXP points when sortieing to "Operation Nightflower Recapture": Kogitsunemaru, Imanotsurugi, Nakigitsune, Namazuo Toushiro, Honebami Toushiro, Atsushi Toushiro, Shinano Toushiro, Gokotai, Okurikara, Tsurumaru Kuninaga.
