What You Need to Know:
- Today, Square Enix kicked off the official 30th Anniversary celebration for internationally-adored franchise Final Fantasy. During the opening ceremony, held in in Tokyo, new details were revealed including new artwork, videos, the Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary logo and website.
- One of the big reveals was art for the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake, showing protagonist Cloud and his Buster Sword in front of a Midgar backdrop. Check it out below!
- It was also announced that Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age, a visual an audio remaster of the 2006 Final Fantasy XII, will be coming to North America for the PlayStation 4 on 11 July 2017. Character designer and artist Akihiko Yoshida has also drawn new key art for the game, which you can see below.
- Other details released include a first look into the Final Fantasy XV: Episode Gladio DLC that is set for release on 28 March, and will allow players to experience a story told from the perspective of Gladio, which will also feature fan-favourite Gilgamesh.

Well you'll have to wait! I love the art for The Zodiac Age, I wonder how the gameplay will differ from the original, though?
