- It has been revealed that Sun Takeda's supernatural action manga Gleipnir has been greenlit for a TV anime adaptation.
- The story is about Shuichi, a boy who learns that he can transform into this massive furry dog with a gun and a zipper running down his backside. The impetus for this is that he saves a girl who is trapped in a warehouse fire. However, she is looking for someone who killed her family and doesn't care how dirty her hands become for the sake of revenge. The two begin to work together.
- The staff has been announced as well with PINE JAM as the studio, Kazuhiro Yoneda as the director, Shinichi Inotsume in charge of series composition, and Takahiro Kishida as character designer.
