What is this? A slice of life short? Is it based on a manga?
No, it's based on Naka Fukamachi's collection of illustrations, Honobono Log! Miyu Irino and Asami Seto are going to be playing the different characters.
Her illustrations are pretty darn cute! I'm so glad this is getting an anime, even if it is only 10 episodes.
This looks like it'll be similar to Tabi Machi Late Show! It's got themes of friendship and family too, we could have a short version of Natsume's Book of Friends or Usagi Drop on our hands with this one!
Synopsis
A collection of short stories giving a glimpse into moments of happiness in the everyday lives of everyday couples and family. Each episode will be two minutes in length.
Two of the ten episode plots have been revealed. Ame (Rain) illustrates a subtle exchange between a man and a woman. Papa? is the tale of a father, mother, and their daughter.
