Lieutenant Colonel Yuuki

The spy master of the imperial army and the founder of the spy training organisation 'D Agency'. Also known as the 'Devil King', he has infinite intellect. He himself used to be an outstanding spy. It is rumoured that the reason for his trademark white gloves and cane is that whilst undercover in an enemy country, he was betrayed by his comrade, captured and tortured - but the details are unclear. Many people, both friend and foe alike, have tried to discover this man's true nature, but all attempts have resulted in failure.

Miyoshi

Voice Actor: Hiro Shimono

A narcissist that always looks down on others and treats them in a jeering manner. He has a tendency to strike over-dramatic poses and put on airs. Along with Kaminaga, he takes it upon himself to act as a leader for the agency members.

Kaminaga

Voice Actor: Ryouhei Kimura

A mischievous playboy, he might at first seem like a frivolous person. In reality, he has a lot of pride and the strong will to always act on his words. Like Miyoshi, he acts as a leader for the agency members.

Odagiri

Voice Actor: Yoshimasa Hosoya

A unique member of D Agency who attended an army infant's school and military academy before taking up his current post as second lieutenant. He is taciturn and rarely smiles. On top of having different roots, it appears he is hiding something, which creates a wall between him and the other members.

Amari

Voice Actor: Toshiyuki Morikawa

One of the oldest of the members, along with Kaminaga. Sociable and caring, he is like an older brother to the other members. A free spirit, he doesn't get bogged down with the details. Is used to dealing with women.
