So this follows the daily life of a boy who meets lots of different yokai? Sounds like it'll be similar to Natsume's Book of Friends!

I would be happy if that were true! But this leans more towards the comedy genre than Natsume Yuujinchou, and it's only a five minute anime...

The studio Creators in Pack were behind Ojisan to Marshmallow and Danchigai though, so you can prepare yourself to enjoy it even though it's a short!

At the very least, the art style is super cute! It's coming soon too - October 2016!

Synopsis

Kiitarou Shounen, a young man with strong spiritual senses, is always surrounded by youkai. A Yukionna comes to visit, his bath is licked clean by a Akaname, and then there’s Suzu, the zashiki-warashi who you just can’t hate, who’s living with (?) him. A horror comedy that’s totally not scary.

Kiitarou

Voice Actor: Hiromi Igarashi

A young man with strong spiritual senses. The protagonist. After going into an off-limits storehouse, he is thrown out of his home and starts living alone. Perhaps because of his powers, youkai and other spiritual beings begin to gather around him.

Suzu

Voice Actor: Arisa Nakada

A zashiki-warashi (house spirit) that starts living in Kiitarou’s new place. After losing to Kiitarou in a contest, she’s appointed to do all of the household cleaning.

Kitsunemen no Onna (Fox-Mask Woman)

Voice Actor: Eri Kitamura

As you can see, she is a Kitsune, a fox spirit. She takes the form of a human woman. It’s a mystery as to why she wears a mask. Her job is to watch over other youkai to make sure they don’t meddle with humans.

Yukihaha (Snow Mother)

Voice Actor: Sayaka Ohara

A Yukionna, or snow woman, who lives in the mountains in the north. She has a freezing cold gaze befitting of a Yukionna and often hurls abuse at others. A super sadist. She also has a child.

Yukimusume (Snow Daughter)

Voice Actor: Maria Naganawa

Yukihaha's daughter. She has a weak constitution and collapses with a fever whenever she’s playing. Although not a regular thing, she sometimes acts like the spitting image of her super-sadist mother.
