[Moments in Anime] 7/18 - Touma Kamijou Ends the Graviton Bombings in A Certain Scientific Railgun

What You Need to Know:

• The Graviton bombings are a series of bomb attacks perpetrated by Kaitabi Hatsuya, a level 2 esper and Level Upper user, targetting members of Judgment who he hates because of bullying they inflicted on him in the past.
• Judgment tries to locate and arrest the perpetrator but fail to uncover any information until a failed bomb narrows it down to a level 4 user.
• Hatsuya continues to be bullied by delinquents and schoolmates and vows to take care of his problem once and for all and so targets the Seven Mist Mall when he sees Kazari, Ruiko, and Mikoto go in. Hatsuya succeeds in handing a bomb to Kazari, but Touma knows that something is strange so he inactivates it with his skill "Imagine Braker". Mikoto arrests Hatsuya, and the issue is solved!
