- Announced today at the Capcom booth at TGS 2015, there will be an anime adaptation of the 3DS game being released in 2016, Monster Hunter Stories.
- The anime will also be released sometime during 2016, airing on Fuji TV among other networks.
- Monster Hunter Stories is a slight departure from the rest of the franchise, as it puts more focus on the bonds forged between a rider and his monster(s), through roaming across the land and fighting together.
