What You Need to Know:
- During the Monster Hunter Nintendo Direct presentation, a new Monster Hunter game was announced for the 3DS: Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross).
- The new game will be a sequel to Monster Hunter X (Cross), having all the same basic features, as well as new ones, including six different hunting styles.
- You can watch the full presentation video below. It's in Japanese only, but does show some of the gameplay for the new XX.

If not that makes sense why they're not announcing a Switch version
So it's basically just an expansion on Monster Hunter X? People must really love Monster Hunter for it to be this huge...
Think how great it would be if it does come out for Nintendo Switch, though! Especially if it's compatible with the 3DS version!
