- You've heard of anime VR, but what if you're more into manga? Well, Square Enix has come up with a solution for those who'd rather jump into the world of virtual reality manga - Project Hikari.
- The project, which has been garnering attention since its demo booth at Tokyo Game Show 2016, uses the HTC Vive to show the creators' idea of what would happen if you were on the other side of the manga page.
- Based on Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari, a manga by Maybe which has been serialised in Big Gangan monthly magazine since March 2014, Project Hikari uses a unique mix of the source material and 3DCG. Check out the images below to see what it looks like!

Wait, so it's just black and white anime VR...? I see no difference.
I can tell the difference! It's a really unique look, like a mix of flat and 3D. It is kind of confusing, though.
