The story follows Hideki Nishimura, who confessed his love for a female character in an online (net) game. Unfortunately, she was actually a he, and he's hid this trauma ever since. Then one time, he gets confessed to by another in-game girl, he can't help but think his trauma is just repeating itself. But luckily, it turns out it's actually a beautiful girl named Ako Tamaki! The only problem is that she cannot tell the difference between real life and the in-game world. Hideki decides to try to 'correct' her, with the help of his guild-mates.
