- During a special video streamed by Noitamina, where they made several announcements, a release date of January 7, 2020 was announced for the new volleyball anime "2.43: Seiin Koukou Danshi Volley-bu".
- A new key visual and PV were also shared along with the reveal of more cast and the opening theme's artist! Check them out below!
- The 2 new characters announced were Subaru Mimura—played by Kaito Ishikawa (My Hero Academia)—and Mitsuomi Ochi—played by Kouhei Amasaki (Double Decker! Doug & Kirill, My Hero Academia)—who are both part of the rivaling high school's volleyball team.
- The opening theme was also revealed to be "Paralysis" by artist yama.
- The story of 2.43: Seiin Koukou Danshi Volley-bu follows Kimichika Hajima who has caused trouble in his Tokyo junior high volleyball team and is now back on his hometwon of Fukui. With his childhood friend, Yuni Kuroba, they put their talents together and form an ace combination in their new high school, Seiin HS which already counts with a ragtag team that now vows victory against all their interesting rivals.
