What You Need to Know:
- Nintendo have announced that the first downloadable content for highly-anticipated upcoming game The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is in the works - the first-ever DLC for the main-line Legend of Zelda series.
- When the game launches on 3 March, players will be able to purchase an Expansion Pass for $19.99 which will allow them to download two sets of DLC when they become available later this year. Pre-ordering or buying the Expansion Pass will also immediately make three new treasure chests appear in the Great Plateau.
- The first DLC is scheduled to come out this summer, and will include a Cave of Trials challenge, a new hard mode, and a new feature for the in-game map. The second pack will launch later in the year, and will feature a new dungeon and a new original story.
