In the modern day lives our protagonist, an assassin shrouded in mystery. Due to certain circumstances he has almost no organs on his left side, leaving him with a weak body. He's unskilled with a gun, let alone physical fighting, but has a special skill that makes him worthy of being an assassin. That is, he has the tiniest amount of psychokinetic ability - just enough superpowers to allow him to create a ripple in a cup of water.

However, he can also use this ability to destroy his targets’ minds, leaving them brain dead. Whenever he takes on a job, he always meets with his target and talks with them in order to confirm that they are a person who should be killed.
