A new private school, Infinity Academy, has been built on the reclaimed land of Tokyo Bay. Not long after, a reversion phenomenon strikes, and the students are attacked one by one by monsters.

Usagi and the other Sailor Scouts immediately start their reconnaissance mission, but Infinity Academy is already under the control of a new enemy - the Death Busters. Further bewildered by the appearance of two new Sailor Scouts, what will Usagi and her comrades do?

Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon

The main character of the series, in her second year of middle school. Her trademark is her “dumpling head” hairstyle. She’s clumsy and a bit of a crybaby but cheerful and able to make friends with just about anyone. She transforms into Sailor Moon, the guardian of the moon. Her catchphrase is “In the name of the moon, I’ll punish you!”

Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury

Voice Actor: Hisako Kanemoto

A genius girl with an IQ of 300 who attends the same school as Usagi. Calm and kind, she’s a reliable friend. Her dream is to become a doctor. Her hobbies are reading and chess. She transforms into Sailor Mercury, the brain of the Sailor Scout team.

Rei Hino/Sailor Mars

Voice Actor: Rina Satou

A student at T.A. Girl’s School. A cool beauty with flowing black hair. She has strong spiritual senses and helps out at her grandfather’s shrine. She transforms into Sailor Mars, with a sharp perception for danger and the ability to control fire.

Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter

Voice Actor: Ami Koshimizu

Tall and powerful, she may seem like a somewhat masculine young woman, but in reality she loves raising plants and is an amazing cook. She also tends to fall in love at first sight. She transforms into Sailor Jupiter, making the most of her power to control electricity and protect her friends from danger.

Minako Aino/Sailor Venus

Voice Actor: Shizuka Ito

A beautiful, athletic girl with a bright personality. Like Usagi, she’s secretly a little clumsy and easily influenced. Her dream is to one day become an idol. She transforms into Sailor Venus, taking on a leader-type role within the Sailor Scouts, with her partner Artemis the white cat at her side.

A mysterious black cat that one day appears before Usagi, granting her and the other Sailor Scouts their powers, items, and advice.

Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask

Voice Actor: Kenji Nojima

A student at Moto-Azabu High School who transforms into Tuxedo Mask, the guardian of Earth. He and Usagi's fates are deeply intertwined, and they protect each other through many trials. His nickname is “Mamo-chan”.

Chibiusa

Voice Actor: Misato Fukuen

A mysterious young girl that one day suddenly falls from the sky. Her hairstyle and name are the same as Usagi, so she becomes known as “Chibiusa” (little usagi). Her innocent expression is cute.

Sailor Pluto

Voice Actor: Ai Maeda

A solitary Sailor Scout who guards the Door of Time and Space. She channels her power through the large “Garnet Rod” which she carries with her. She is extremely kind, but strict with herself in regards to carrying out her destined duties.

Haruka Tenou/Sailor Uranus

Voice Actor: Junko Minagawa

A student at Infinity Academy with a love for motorbike racing. Handsome and flirtatious, she has many female fans. She is rarely seen without Michiru at her side. As Sailor Uranus, she has sky-based attacks.

Michiru Kaiou/Sailor Neptune

Voice Actor: Sayaka Ohara

Haruka’s partner. An elegant and sophisticated girl who plays the violin. As Sailor Neptune, she uses her ocean-based powers to overthrow her enemies.

Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn

Voice Actor: Yukiyo Fujii

The daughter of Souichi Tomoe, Infinity Academy’s founder. A girl who has yet to experience the warmth of friendship. She may look frail, but as Sailor Saturn, she has a dangerous amount of destructive power, which manifests in the Silence Glaive.
