The newly established private girls high school Goryoukan Academy has two faces with one being unknown.

Oburi, or strange apparitions, appear though a space-time distortion. The only ones who can rise up in opposition to this new threat to humanity are “Strikers”. Strikers are girls who are able to detect the existence of a fifth dimension.

Goryoukan Academy scouts these kind of girls who have this ability, and then subsequently has them join a fighting unit to defeat the Oburi. They are then placed under the care of the Fifth Force Agency to train them.

Five girls have just been appointed to a newly formed team named “Altair Torte”. Their story of battles and friendship is about to begin!

Tsubame Miyama

Voice Actor: Kaori Ishihara

“As the leader, I’ll do my best to pull everyone along.”
Tsubame is the leader of the girls. She is quite serious and has a strong sense of responsibility. Her team members are able to rely on her greatly. In battle, she utilizes a sword as her weapon, and she attacks with vigor and determination. For some reason, it seems that Tsubame is not actually a proper student of the academy...?

Satoka Sumihara

Voice Actor: Rina Hidaka

“Delicious things are... Justice.”
Satoka is a second year high school student at Goryoukan Academy. She marches to the beat of her own drum and has a peculiar air to her. She often attaches “desu” to the ends of her sentences. Satoka has a part time job on the side and is unexpectedly a spring of knowledge. She is able to attack at any every range and her floating cannon is able to shoot down Oburi.

Io Yaginuma

Voice Actor: Miyuki Sawashiro

“This is kind of exciting, like school club activities.”
Io is a second year high school student as well at Goryoukan Academy. She is currently attached to the volleyball club and is extremely well-known as an attacker to the point that she has been chosen to play on the Olympic team. Io is well skilled at both sports and her studies. She has excellent proportions, and is extremely popular. She carries Brass knuckles as her equipment and excels at close combat.

Yumi Sajima

Voice Actor: Kana Hanazawa

“It’s my job to bring cheerfulness, fun, and warmth to the academy.”
Yumi is yet another second year high school student at Goryoukan Academy. Cheerful and a bit eccentric, she has a strong sense of justice and dreams to be a heroine on the side of justice fighting against evil. Yumi loves amusingly strange things. She relies solely on herself to be the mood-setter for the team to help people have fun. Yumi also s incredibly good at cooking. When fighting, she uses a bow-like weapon to fight.

Mana Namori

Voice Actor: Yui Ogura

“Hey everyone, do you want to drop by somewhere on the way home?”
Mana is a second year high school student as well at Goro Academy. She does have a tendency to cry in front of enemies and act like a child, but she has an innocent personality and her honest words and actions tend to put everyone at ease. As she is childhood friends with Io, she has a strong desire to be like her that is akin to being in love with Io. When Mana fights, she uses a rifle as her weapon.
