Seven Seas Entertainment is thrilled to announce that the English-language debuts of three Chinese fantasy novel series by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu all made the New York Times Best Sellers list for Paperback Trade Fiction on their first week of release.
Originally published in Chinese by author Mo Xiang Tong Xiu (also known as MXTX), these historical fantasy novels in the danmei genre (romanticized love between men) have inspired multiple blockbuster adaptations, including the live-action series The Untamed (inspired by Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation) and the animated series Scumbag System, Founder of Diabolism, and Heaven Official’s Blessing. The adaptations have amassed billions of views around the world.
