What You Need to Know:
- The official website and Twitter for the Shoujo ☆ Kageki Revue Starlight franchise has revealed that the new film, which was scheduled to premiere on May 21, has been delayed until June 4 due to the state of emergency in Japan and the temporary closure of some cinemas.
- Fortunately, advance tickets can be purchased until June 3 and will be valid for the film's new theatrical release date in Japan.
- Bushiroad announced the franchise in April 2017 with an animation project and a play. The anime premiered in July 2018 with 12 episodes and a manga adaptation created by Sora Goto and Kanata Nakamura was serialized in Kadokawa's Comic Dengeki G's in 2018. A mobile game titled "Shojo Kageki Revue Starlight -Re LIVE" was also released worldwide in April 2019.
