What You Need to Know:
- It has been announced that 2002 soccer anime, Whistle!, will receive a remake. The new anime will premiere online on December 17. The original Whistle! manga ran in Shonen Jump from 1998 to 2002.
- The new anime is set to star Shun Horie as Shou Kazamatsuri. Shinnosuke Tachibana, Takuya Eguchi, Shintarou Oohata, and Rie Kugimiya will also join the star-studded cast.
