- It was announced in Weekly Shounen Jump (volume 7) issued on January 18 that Yusei Matsui, the author of "Ansatsu Kyoushitsu" (Assassination Classroom) and "Neuro" will start a new manga starting on volume 8 of the magazine, issued on January 25. The first chapter will be colored and will be on the cover.
- The new manga is titled "Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi" (a boy who is good at escaping) and it's an escape story based on real events! In Weekly Shounen Jump, it was introduced with the line "an unknown hero runs like the wind! Who is the "unknown hero" who nobody can see!?"
- In addition, the page announced that Kenta Shinohara, the author of "SKET DANCE" "Kanata no Astra" will start new manga named "Witch Watch" on Volume 10.
