The God of High School has produced a ton of amazing martial artists and while some are quite cruel in their fighting style, only one has truly shown a clear lack of compassion. Taek not only attacks his opponents with killer intent—such as when he attacked Il-Pyo Park’s friend and left her crippled—but with a clear lack of honor. Taek even attacked Mo-Ri Jin and Park when they were outside of the tournament. Needless to say Taek needs to a beat down for being so cruel and here’s hoping our main man Mo-Ri can accomplish that task!

Killers aren’t uncommon in anime but Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld 2nd Season has shown us otaku villains can still surprise us. Enter Gabriel Miller who is part of the task force meant to steal Alice from the Underworld. Gabriel and his other mercenaries entered the Underworld and used various avatars to fight against the human realm. However, Gabriel proved that even when one avatar wasn’t enough he wasn’t about to just give up his lust for murder.

Gabriel re-enters the battle with a personal account—coming from GGO—and quickly proves he’s come to understand the concepts/ideals of the Underworld. Using his newfound knowledge, Gabriel is able to summon a sniper rifle, make a powerful avatar of negative energy and become a being that is neither human nor monster. Sword Art Online has had a slew of baddies over the course of the franchise but Gabriel might be one of the sickest and cruelest we’ve ever seen.

Anos Voldigoad has rarely found an enemy that could push his skills to their limits but one character has shown he might have the means to do so. Avos Dilhevia took Anos’ title of Demon King and manipulated the world to believe he was the true Demon King as well as taking control over Anos’ original allies. Avos has essentially taken Anos’ sacrifice and made it moot with his deception, creating new rifts between the realms. Avos and Anos have finally met face to face in The Misfit of Demon King Academy but will the fake overcome the original?

We love rabbits and all manner of cute things here at Honey’s Anime. However, after our introduction to the so-called “Great Rabbit” from Re:Zero we might now fear rabbits. After surviving an attack from Garfiel, Subaru blacks out and awakens in his prison cell from earlier in the second season. Subaru notices the village has turned to winter but oddly enough runs into what seemed like a cute rabbit. Subaru—as well as the viewers—quickly learn this rabbit is actually a great Demon Beast and the little rabbit multiples to hundreds who devour our poor hero. Needless to say, this was easily one of the more disturbing deaths in Re:Zero as we witness cute creatures ripping our Subaru to tiny pieces. The Great Rabbit teaches us a tired and true lesson…don’t judge a book by its cover.
