What You Need to Know:
- This is just breaking news coming straight from the Bleach 20th anniversary, but Tite Kubo's latest project 'Burn the Witch', will receive an anime and manga adaptation! The manga is currently in the works for Weekly Shonen Jump and will kick off in summer of this year, with the anime making its debut in the fall!
- We'll cover more news as it happens but this is pretty exciting news since it's very rare for a new series to start around the same time as the manga publication. Usuaully the manga takes off for some time before the anime can take off, since it takes time for the story to progress in the manga. Tite Kubo-sensei initially started off as a one-shot but eventually it was decided that Burn the Witch should continue to expand. So look forward to this summer and fall!
- Burn the Witch takes place in the same universe as Bleach, but takes place in the western division (London) with plenty of references to the Soul Society available throughout! This was actually revealed in the manga when Rukia mentioned an east branch, and west branch. The hollows in this series are now known as Dragons. There were many hints throughout the one-shot that Bleach and Burn the Witch are deeply connected, so be sure to go back and read to find out!

My heart is pounding seriously!!
