Yakusoku no Neverland chapter 150 was all about Geelan versus the Queen and this battle was intense! Geelan has been quite a force this arc showing he wasn’t just a ruler with nobility but one who could hold his own. Unfortunately, as we’ve been seeing the last few chapters this demon queen isn’t just a ruler by title. Our queen of the capital is tough as nails and has taken down most who have tried to stand against her. Now you can add Geelan to that count as we have our noble demon out for the count despite some solid last ditch efforts to try and take her down. Geelan is gone now, but a new threat has appeared and one we didn’t expect…our bad wearing human who groans as if possessed! Can our odd human stand any chance against the queen?! A new chapter is soon approaching—we’ve been busy bees—but that doesn’t mean we can’t stop and talk about chapter 150 and what we think makes it a must read entry.
1. Geelan is Gone…
We wish we were more surprised that Geelan met his demise in chapter 150 of Yakusoku no Neverland. However, our proud demon outcast was going toe to toe with a queen who seemed indestructible. Geelan put up a valiant effort—just like his reign long ago—but ultimately, he was silenced by a force stronger than him. Maybe Geelan can still do something strange and regenerate, but for now, it looks as if he is gone for good…
2. Human versus Queen?!
The queen had the same mindset as us here at Honey’s Anime. When she was hit with that surprise attack, we almost believed it was Norman coming in to act his grandmaster plan. Instead, we see our odd child with the body of a brute and a bag concealing his face entering the room of corpses and seems armed with two swords. Is this human behemoth going to fight against the queen or is he merely a distraction for Norman’s plan?
Final Thoughts
Yakusoku no Neverland chapter 150 was quick and exciting as per usual. Our wait for the next chapter isn’t going to be a long one and that is a good thing indeed. With every fiber of our being, we crave to know what will happen next in this grand battle going down in the capital! Is Yakusoku no Neverland reaching a finale soon or will a new arc arise?
