What You Need to Know:
- Another movie that's being delayed is Yuri!!! on Ice the Movie: Ice Adolescence.
- While it was scheduled to release sometime this year, it's being delayed for a pretty good reason. The YURI!!! on ICE production committee released a statement on their website that the delay is so that they can 'substantially scale up the content'.
- The staff announced the film back in 2017 with Sayo Yamamoto directing, Mitsurou Kubo on the outline and original character designs, Tadashi Hiramatsu on character design, Taro Umebayashi and Taku Matsushiba both on music, Keisuke Tominaga as the music producer, and with the animation production done by MAPPA.
