No matter what situation Yasuko finds herself in, she is able to easily adapt to it and make the most out of it. We first see this when she meets Senko and easily accepts her explanation as to why Senko has ears. Yasuko also stops question all of the strange things that happen after Shiro shows up and usually chalks it up to hallucinations. Knowing how run down she can get thanks to her workload, it is nice seeing her be able to accept things so easily and have loads of fun.

When we first meet Yasuko, she appears to be short-tempered and quite unhappy, but that quickly changes. Once she gets some of Senko's food in her, she turns into a completely different person, who is upbeat and always smiling. Seeing Yasuko smile is sure to melt your heart. Throughout Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san, we get to see Yasuko start to really enjoy her life as she hangs out and with Senko, Nakano, and Shiro.

Although the amount of work she does puts her under a whole lot of stress, Yasuko's work ethic is one of her most admirable qualities. As a full-time mangaka and student, Yasuko pushes herself to the absolute limit. Whenever you see a character working so hard, you not only feel for them but it also helps you really relate to them on a personal level.

With the super sweet wholesome style of Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san there are so many fantastic scenes with Yasuko that just makeup feel good. One of the best moments comes in episode five when an overworked and sleepy Yasuko first meets Shiro and mistakes her for her imaginary cat. The scene short and simple, but the cute reaction from Yasuko and the fallout from her mistake is fantastic.

Our first glimpse of otaku Yasuko is during episode three when she first meets Senko and Nakano. Yasuko mistakes Senko for cosplaying as one of her favorite anime characters, Little Yoko. It is nice seeing how passionate she can get about something she loves.
