We will be sharing news regarding popular and upcoming anime series, and hosting live performances from fantastic musical guests!
What You Need to Know:
- Aniplex Co. Ltd. will be officially hosting their annual large-scale online event "Aniplex Online Fest 2022" (alternatively: AOF2022) on September 24, 2022.
- "Aniplex Online Fest" is a fully free-of-charge event, held annually since 2020. Where Aniplex distributes the newest info on their hit anime series, and hosts performances from fantastic musical guests live on stream.
- In AOF2021 (July 4, 2021) from last year, various forms of content such as, a show featuring the latest news on 11 different anime series, various live performances from fantastic musical guests, performances from DJ's, and live drawings, were streamed. The event spanned approximately 6.5 hours and was hosted in both Japanese and English, which over 850,000 viewers tuned into globally. After giving the viewers an experience as if they jumped into the world of anime, the very lively event came to a close.
- "Aniplex Online Fest 2022" has been confirmed to be held this year as well. For our third time hosting this event, to bring even more inspiring experiences to anime fans worldwide, we are powering up our lineup with announcements on popular and upcoming anime titles from Aniplex and live performances from our fantastic musical guests.
- Additionally, to celebrate that we will officially be holding this event, a key visual has been announced. Illustrated by Kerorira (Character Designer for "Bocchi The Rock!").
- He also left us with the comment, “I don’t often get the chance to create original images from scratch, this was a very precious opportunity for me! Thank you!”
- On top of this, the promotional video, narrated by Sally Amaki, celebrating the hosting of the event will be announced on YouTube.
- Information on the involved anime series, and participating guests, will be released at a later date. Please keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming announcements!
