What You Need to Know:
- Fans of the popular 2018 anime Cells at Work (also known as Hataraku Saibo in Japan), will be thrilled to know that a brand new anime project titled, "Cells at Work BLACK" will see an official release in winter 2021! This version of Cells at Work dives deeper into the darker realms of the human body, which originates from the Japanese term of 'Black', which refers to black companies in Japan. The new anime focuses on the unhealthy aspects of the body such as when we consume too much alcohol, have skin troubles, cancer, and fat congestion. In the manga there's a very ecchi depiction of the male body, and we'll have to see whether or not that will be added into the anime. Only time will tell!
- The seiyuu of the 1st season have been changed as originally, the red blood cell was voiced by Kana Hanasawa, while the white cell was voiced by Tomoaki Maeno. This time, the red blood cell will be voiced by Junya Enoki, and the white blood cell by Yoko Hisaka.
- More details will be announced as the release date draws near. We shall keep you updated!

I look forward to that particular scene...
Haha, well I don't want to be spoiled so I'll avoid the manga for now.
