Synopsis

In 2020, “BLEACH” author Tite Kubo unveils his newest story to the world.
The story takes place in London’s two dimensions, the “front” and “reverse” side. In an elaborately crafted universe by Tite, a dynamic story of fantasy and action unfolds as two witches begin their enduring fight against fantastical dragons.

Historically 72% of all the deaths in London are related to dragons, fantastical beings invisible to the majority of the people.

While unknown to most, some people have been standing up to these dragons.

Only inhabitants of Reverse London who live in the hidden “reverse” side of London can see the dragons. Even then, only a selected few become qualified enough as witches or wizards to make direct contact with them.

The protagonists of the story are witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They are protection agents for Wing Bind (WB), an organization for dragon conservation and management. Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons within London on behalf of the people.

Ninny Spangcole: Asami Tano

Wing Bind Pipers 2nd Umbrella Ninny is called “Ninny-chan” by her junior Noel, although the added “chan” annoys her. With her blonde pigtails and bright cheerful personality, Ninny’s emotions are easy to read. She is determined to join the tactical dragon extermination squad Sabers, and her passion for earning achievements and awards is unmatched even compared to Noel. Ninny is also the leader of the popular idol group “Cecile Die Twice”.
Noel Niihashi: Yuina Yamada

Wing Bind Pipers 1st Umbrella Noel is called “Niiha” by her senior Ninny. With long black hair and a cool demeanor, she shows little emotion. Often able to see things rationally, Noel generally makes level-headed decisions. She enjoys her work protecting and managing the dragons and is uninterested in getting into trouble. In Front London, she is a 17 year old student at South Braxton School. At school, a senior student Balgo Parks has taken a liking to her, although she is not interested.
