He is the oldest member of the student council and as such, he brings all of the members together. Rin cares for Hotaru as if he were his own younger brother.

He’s fine with skipping class and is always napping somewhere. It’s very rare to see him out and about during the day, so people have started referring to him as ‘Dracula.’

He senses that there is something different about Jay in comparison to all of the other students, so he is thinking about trying to become friends with him.
