What You Need to Know:
- The upcoming episode 13 of CAROLE & TUESDAY, which will air on July 13 on Fuji TV’s +Ultra timeslot, will feature all-new intro and outro theme songs. The new intro theme song “Polly Jean” will be sung by Carole & Tuesday (Vo. Nai Br.XX & Celeina Ann), and the new outro theme song “Not Afraid” will be sung by Angela (Vo. Alisa). A new CD single/record containing these songs and featuring a cover illustration by Original Character Designer Eisaku Kubonouchi will be released on August 28.
- “Polly Jean” is a song written by Keigo Oyamada AKA Cornelius, a musician who has done numerous remixes and collaborations with artists both at home and abroad. It’s a high-quality pop number that combines a heady sound with Nai Br.XX & Celeina Ann’s soothing tones.
- “Not Afraid” is a song written by Lido, a trackmaker and multi-instrumentalist who has produced and remixed some of the most innovative music of the last decade. It’s an electro song that conveys a powerful sense of scale.
- From July 3 (Wed) to July 9 (Tues), we will be running the eighth round of our Twitter campaign. One lucky winner who follows and retweets the official CAROLE & TUESDAY Twitter account will receive a poster autographed by Sumire Uesaka, who is playing Angela.
