- It has been revealed at the end of the final episode, and on the official website, of winter 2017 anime Chaos;Child that an "unaired episode" is in the making.
- Titled Chaos;Child: Silent Sky, the new animation will apparently cover the true end from the Chaos;Child visual novel.
- From the Japanese, it is difficult to decipher whether this will be an OVA, second season, or some other form of animation. More details are expected to be released soon.

Oh man, I don't mind whether it's another whole season or just an OVA, but I'll definitely be watching it!
If it's just going to show an alternative ending, it sounds like it will just be an OVA. But let's wait and see!
