III) has been postponed until October 2020 due to the ongoing and unpredictable COVID-19 outbreak. As we've mentioned in previous articles of this nature, animation studios are struggling to keep things together since many studios require their staff to be present in order to distribute material so that animation progress can be made. A lot of times, some designs must be shipped over to places like South Korea and China in order to ensure animation quality remains consistent, or to add more polish to certain areas.
