- The upcoming Digimon Adventure tri. movie is the first of 6 in an anime film series exploring events that happen after the original "chosen children" have grown up to become high school students.
- This first installment will be aired on November 21, 2015. Just today, it was announced that the release date for the Blu-ray/DVD version would be December 18, 2015.
- As if that wasn't enough to keep fans excited, the BD-Box set containing all 50 episodes of Digimon Adventure 02 has been announced for release on March 2, 2016.
