Hello everyone and welcome to another E3 2019 coverage from Honey’s Anime. We were delighted to be asked to check out some gaming desks from Eureka Ergonomic. Eureka Ergonomic is a manufacturing company and specializes in customizing gaming desks for the average gamer to efficient work desks for the average business—more on the business side, at first. Eureka also has their hands in accessories for your desks such as controller racks, cup holders, CPU hangers, headset holders, standing desk converters, and much more. They even started producing their own custom chairs for your business or gaming needs!
At E3, Eureka showed us their line of amazing looking gaming products which included desks and chairs. First, all of Eurek’s products are made with quality materials and care since they can control the materials and the quality of the desks themselves which then helps to control the price more. Eureka sees themselves as the best product versus those who use really expensive materials or really cheap ones in terms of what they sell to the consumers.
The first in the line up is Z-1, Z-1 S, and the Z-1 S Pro Series desks. The Z-1 is Eureka’s number one seller on Amazon at the moment, and the Z-1 S Pro is the revamped edition of the Z-1 so there is more to it than before. It’s got RGB lighting which you can filter through colors to choose the best one for you, it has a new sleek design which also has RGB lighting in the legs of the desk as well, there is also a cup holder, headphone holder, and controller holder as well. The Z-1 S desk is also a number seller on Amazon and the likes and is a little step up from the Z-1—minus the holders—and is only $189. Very affordable if you ask us and having a gaming desk does help in ways you couldn’t imagine.
The RGB lights for the Z series desks seem to have USB power ports to light it up, which means that the RGB lights that are installed with the desks are low energy use and long lasting. That is really nice and easy to power up especially if you have no more room on the power strip to plug it in. The Z series desks also have side-struts so the desks don’t wobble and the legs are z-shaped for sturdiness and balance, along with leveling feet in case your floor is unstable or uneven. When you buy one of Eureka’s products, you are getting quality stuff for sure.
Next up was the Z-2 desk, and is more of a module style type desk with a 5-degree incline and comes with a retractable headphone hook, a cup holder, RGB lighting on the top left and right sides of the desk, a compartment for your surge protector or what have you. All their desks come with a desk mat and they look pretty nice for $269. Most desks come with a cable management section underneath in the back, so there is some assistance in clutter when you have a full set of streaming gear and lots of plugs and cables…
The next desk they showed us was definitely a beauty. It was Eureka’s first time delving in heat tempered glass, and their prototype was very sleek, futuristic feel with RGB lighting shining through the glass in an outline shaped like honeycombs. This spanned across 2 small sections on the desk and it had alternate colors to change from, had the same cable management setup, just no cup holder or headphone hook. Those, you can get separately if you dso desire plus, other accessories on their website to go with your gaming setup, thus, making your life easier! Eureka has you covered with a wide range of accessories you can put on or replace if one of them breaks. The RGB lighting is also easy to replace if anything happens but the life span for the lights is practically never-ending. Eureka has never had nor have they heard of a problem with their desks.
This new desk they showed us doesn’t even have a price tag on it yet because it’s fresh out of the factory. Eureka does assure us that no matter what, you will get your money's worth when you invest in their products and the new glass desk is one of those products! Eureka’s owner, who is an engineer as well, is fixed on giving you the best and that is what they deliver.
The last desk they showed us was the L60, an L-shaped desk with some awesome features you can add on. You can add a fully adjustable keyboard tray underneath and it hides away as if it wasn’t there. The keyboard tray comes with a wrist pad and a mouse pad as well, so that is a steal. In addition, all desks have a frame built to it which adds extra support in case you decide to put some weight on the desk that is more than usual. Eureka also has bundle packs on their website which includes controller racks, headphone holders, cup holders, etc., for a reasonable price.
Last but not least for the presentation, Eureka has entered the gaming chair market and they have a few models out now but there is one in particular that they were showcasing at E3, and that is a chair with quality materials but minus the expensive price. This chair looked crazy cool as they were decent size RGB lighting tubes running along the seams of the chair which changed to multiple colors. The stitching was tight and close and Eureka is focused on bringing more comfort than ever when comparing to other products in the market. The chair has a USB connector for the RGB lighting and the chord is external and long enough to move around freely but not exerting.
Honey’s Final Thoughts
After seeing all that Eureka showed us at E3, we have never been more impressed by a gaming manufacturing company and their products in a while. This company really cares about its consumers and strive to make them happy. They don’t want to hear about their products malfunctioning because its made with care and it should never have problems, to begin with. With affordable prices, you can easily own a badass desk and some accessories to go with it. The designs of the desks are made to last. Period.
