The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer. It’s also about to get a lot spookier in Fortnite Season 6. The Floating Island is continuously moving, and the runes on the ground are reacting in strange ways. If you want to get this week’s challenges done, you’ll need to act now!
Free Tier Challenges:
- Revive 5 players in 5 different matches
- Stage 1-5: Search a chest in _____
- Damage Trap Elimination
Battle Pass Challenges
- Stage 1-5: Visit ___ and ___ in a single match
- Hit a player with a Tomato 15m away or more
- Complete 3 timed trials
- Eliminate an opponent in 10 different matches
Revive 5 players in different matches
As of this writing, the only way to do this is in Duos and Squads. Usually, 50v50 is up and it gives you a good opportunity to do this, but Disco Domination with unlimited respawns is up right now. While that mode is insanely fun, it’s impossible to complete this challenge in that LTM. In Duos or Squads, you can load in with a friend and find a quiet place to do this or just get it naturally in five different matches. Help someone, help yourself!
Damage Trap Elimination
If you’re not a Streamer then trap killing someone might be a challenge. You can get lucky and find someone who just walks into your trap, or try for the unorthodox play and build a wall behind them. The easiest way would be to Boogie Bomb someone and then box them in quickly if you can react, provided you have more than one trap to assure they die. You can also knock them and build them in a box, whichever fits your style.
Hit a player with a Tomato 15m away or more
Probably the easiest challenge ever, and here’s why. You can totally do this one in the Battle Island loading area! Just find someone, anyone not moving, back up, and do the Tomato emote. You’ll need to probably try a few times, but once it lands it’s finished.
Eliminate an opponent in 10 different matches
This is where Disco Domination comes in clutch for those not too confident in fighting in Fortnite. It’s a perfect place to practice without fear of losing all your time in a match as everyone can respawn. You’ll keep all your items, so keep trying until you get a kill in a match. Granted, Solos is the fastest way to do this as you can just die after getting a kill but play in the way that works best for you.
Final Thoughts
Week 3 is about to come to a close in Fortnite Season 6. We’re going to quickly cover the Map portion of these challenges in another post so look forward to that. As always, if you have any thoughts or comments make sure you tell us! We’re always here!
