- Today, it was announced that the Gi(a)rlish Number series would be getting a new installment! Gi(a)rlish Number Shura, a gag spin-off manga will get an anime.
- The 4-koma spin-off series is written by Shin Ikezawa and Yuu Tsurusaki. "Shura" in Japanese means "fighting" or "a scene of carnage." So this gag series is certainly going to take the franchise in a new direction.
