His first renter is a slightly slow, tomboyish girl named Lily. When he’s showing her the way to his house, he’s attacked by the vampire, Vivian. That’s when Yoshihiro realizes that Lily, too is not human, but werewolf. At the end of their absurd back and forth as other-worldly creatures, the three start living together, sharing the home.

Following this, Yoshihito is scouted by the Kirei Empire to help preserve order for multi-dimensional space itself, and becomes an apprentice investigator. His work becomes welcoming these new beings into his home and managing them. Together with these beings who all have their own eccentricity or two, he wanders between the two dimensions, encountering all kinds of different cultures, solves mysteries that plague space, and solves incidents.
