When it comes to the isekai genre, things usually start off in a pretty similar way: a hero from another world is summoned to bring peace to a country that’s at war. Well, in the case of The Titan’s Bride, Kouichi will not be fighting any enemies, but there will be some wrestling… inside the bedroom. It all starts when Caius, the prince of Tildant, summons Kouichi to his realm to make him his bride. Because of a curse, Caius can’t marry someone of the titan race, and so he spends his time trying to find someone suitable to bear his children.

When teleported to Tildant, Kouichi finds himself staring up at a dark-skinned titan who immediately grabs him and takes him to a bedroom. There, Kouichi is informed that he is to be Caius’ bride, and he’s expected to carry his children. How will he be able to do that if he’s a man?! Well, Caius thinks it’s possible, and he grabs Kouichi’s junk to start proving his point.

Even though Caius is eager to let his little friend have its way with Kouichi’s butt, he also understands that it will take some time for his new bride to get used to the ways things are in Tildant. Awww, we love it when a seme is caring towards his partner! Whatever happens in this world, Kouichi has nothing to lose. It’s not like someone’s waiting for him back home, especially not a girlfriend.

During their first encounter, Caius is a bit rough and doesn’t hesitate to touch Kouichi’s parts to pleasure him. In fact, he even goes as far as taking his pants off... but the human bride is scared and begs for him to stop. Since this is a yaoi story, one would expect Caius to keep going, but the titan stops what he’s doing and covers Kouichi with some clothes.

Maybe their relationship started off in a not so conventional way, but Caius tried everything at hand to show Kouichi how real his feelings and intentions are. With the titan being so nice and attentive, it doesn’t take long for the human bride to start developing feelings for him... especially since he can help him with his other problem: his lack of energy, which apparently can only be solved by having sex with Caius.

Upon hearing The Titan's Bride was getting an anime adaptation, fujoshi's across the world were excited to experience this yaoi story in all its animated glory. Unfortunately, this show is no exception when it comes to censoring the good stuff in BL anime.

The characters’ voices are lewd enough, and they really convey what’s happening between them, but there’s something wrong about not being able to actually enjoy what’s going on. Let's take their first time together, for example; we’re stuck watching Caius grab air while motioning up and down. Sure, we know it’s supposed to be Kouichi’s penis in Caius’ hands, but it would be less awkward—and way more satisfying—if we were actually able to see it. To make things even worse, another thing they don’t show us is Caius’ perfect body! We only get a peek of his abs, and that’s enough to make us wish the anime wasn’t censored. Oh, and don’t even get us started with Caius’ supposedly titanic thing...
