“You write my name with the characters for beautiful and sakura. They become Miou.”

“I’m Haruki. The characters are spring and shining.”

These two, born in spring, can feel the affinity for each other. Ever since that moment, they realized that their eyes would begin to follow the other.

Miou is a part of the art club and is docile. Haruki is part of the film research club, is lighthearted, and is always surrounded by someone. These two who are complete opposites, somehow become a pair who walks home from school together daily.

They have been mistaken for a couple a few times, but they have become friends who are more than friends, but not fully lovers. All the while, they both are harboring feelings for each other.

These two are always passing by a very high set of stairs on the way home when they take a seat.
“By the way Haruki, do you have someone special?”
Miou unconsciously asks this of Haruki to which he responds,
“I do have someone special. What about you Miou?”

Their hands are a mere 10 centimeters apart.

It’s only 10 centimeters, however, this distance cannot be closed.
