Synopsis
Ark Earth Online is a VRMMO-RPG with unlimited possibilities. In it lies the Kingdom of Arkite, a country founded by a single player. One of the Nine Wise Men of Arkite, named Dunbalf, is an extremely dignified elderly summoner and also one of the players in the game.
One day, he notices a strange phenomenon within the world of the game. He is unable to logout and his character now has a sense of taste and smell. On top of that, the NPCs have remarkably human-like behavior—proof that the game has evidently become reality. Furthermore, 30 years have passed within the game. And lo and behold, for some reason, Dunbalf has turned into a beautiful young girl. In order to unlock the mysteries of these sudden changes, Dunbalf embarks on a journey under the guise of Mira, a disciple of one of the Wise Men. He has no idea what awaits him, but he must see his journey to the end if he is ever going to logout again!

Mira: Nichika Omori
A beautiful young summoner who professes herself as a disciple of Dunbalf. She is actually Dunbalf himself, but for some reason her appearance has changed. She has retained all of her magic and can use a large number of powerful summons, befitting their former nickname of “Troops”. Contrary to her cute, childlike appearance, she talks like an old man.
Solomon: Ayumu Murase
The King of the Kingdom of Arkite. He is a player character just like Dunbalf and places a great deal of trust in him. He conducts himself in a dignified manner in front of his subjects, but he’s actually a friendly person who loves the company of others. He cares deeply for his kingdom and has his hands full dealing with monsters and unstable international affairs.
Luminaria: Minami Hidaka
One of the Nine Wise Men of Arkite and a player character who has known Dunbalf and Solomon for some time. She’s an expert level sorceress who has been given the nickname “The Calamitous Luminaria”. She’s a beautiful woman who takes pride in her perfect style, but when she’s around Mira, she speaks more casually and shows intense physical affection.
Emela: Yuko Natsuyoshi
An elven swordswoman who is the vice leader of the guild Ekalrath Carillon. She is usually bright and cheerful, but when Frikka gets out of control, she uses her martial skills to restrain her. She’s the type who can’t ignore someone in need.
Frikka: Yae Sakura
A mage who belongs to the guild Ekalrath Carillon. Although usually calm and intellectual, she has a weakness for small, cute things and tends to take extreme actions when she gets excited over Mira...
Asbal: Hiroki Yasumoto
A warrior who belongs to the guild Ekalrath Carillon. Possessed of a powerful build, he wields a huge mallet. He’s like the big brother of the guild and has a straightforward, cheerful personality. He admires Dunbalf.
Zeff: Junichi Saitou
A scout who belongs to the guild Ekalrath Carillon. In addition to reconnaissance and investigation, he is also skilled at knife fighting. He joined the guild to save his sister from her illness.
Tact: Kanomi Izawa
A boy who lives in the requiem city of Karanak. After his adventurer parents go missing and are treated as dead, he sets out for the ancient temple of Nebulaopolis to search for a magic mirror that will allow him to meet the dead.
