What You Need to Know:
- More big news coming out of the anime world, and this time it's famed creator of Bleach, Kubo Tite who has taken the spotlight to announce his brand new project. The official Twitter for Weekly Shonen Jump officially broke the news earlier this afternoon in Japan, amid the announcement of Anime Japan 2020 being cancelled due to the Coronavirus situation.
- Tentatively titled, "Bleach 20th Anniversary Project & Tite Kubo New Work Presentation", the live stream will take place on March 21st at 9:45am JST (March 20th, 8:45pm EST), the same day Anime Japan 2020, and will act as the main source for details pertaining to the project.
- Special guests Masakazu Morita (CV), Ryotaro Okiayu (CV), Weekly Shonen Jump editor-in-chief Hiroyuki Nakano, and America Zarigani member Yoshiyuki Hirai were supposed to attend the original stage event at Anime Japan 2020, but since then no official word has been announced as to whether they will appear on the live stream.
- The event will contain both English and Japanese, with an English stream taking place on the official Shonen Jump YouTube channel.
