Synopsis
Ten years after Char Aznable's Second Neo Zeon War, the Earth Federation was living in which seems to be an apparent peace.
It was disrupted by a secret society called "Mufti" which started to assassinate the high officials of the Federation by claiming, "Return the Earth to its nature where all humanity should live in space equally!" The mastermind behind it was Bright Noa's son, Hathaway Noa, who had lost Quess Paraya during the Char's insurrection and resonated with Char's ideology.

During his descent to the Earth on the privileged class-exclusive shuttle "Haunzen", the Colonel Kenneth Sleg, who was ordered to suppress Mufti on Apr. 19, 0105 U.C., becomes acquainted with Hathaway, who was traveling as a plant inspector candidate, and the little girl Gigi Andalusia who was a square peg in a round hole. There were many federal officials on board to attend the Federation meeting in Adelaide. Suddenly, when the shuttle began to enter the atmosphere, it was taken over by three hijackers who claimed to be Mufti.
Characters & Voice Actors
Hathaway Noa : Kenshou Ono
The main character of the series. He is Bright Noa's son, who has long been with the Gundam pilots. He is also the leader of the secret organization Mufti Nabiyy Erin.
Gigi Andalucia: Rena Ueda
The heroine of the series. She befriends Hathaway and Kenneth on her way to Hong Kong. After being noticed by Kenneth for her mysterious ability to predict the future, she is treated as the "Goddess of Victory" of the Circle unit. Later she goes to Hathaway to make sure to be a witness of the battle between Hathaway and Kenneth until the end.
Kenneth Sleg: Junichi Suwabe
He is a soldier of the Earth Federation who was heading to Earth on the shuttle Haunzen in order to command the task force Kimberly (renamed Circle Unit). After cooperating with Hathaway to suppress the hijackers who had taken over the Haunzen, where many government officials were on board, he forms a friendship with him.
Lane Aim: Soma Saito
Lane is the pilot of the new Penelope gundam, put on the frontline by Kenneth before his transfer. His rank is first lieutenant, and though he's quite young he's an elite pilot and the captain of his unit. However, his training scores don't match his combat results, leading to Kenneth's valuation of him decreasing.
Gawman Nobile: Kenjiro Tsuda
Gawman is a well experienced veteran pilot, as well as a member of Mafty. His trademark is a big scar across his face. He’s assigned to the Messer Unit 2.
Emeralda Zubin: Yui Ishikawa
Emeralda is a member of Mafty, who’s very caring. She was sent to Davao to take care of Hathway when he’d arrive. In the past she wasn’t able to officially become a MS pilot because of her lack of skills.
Raymond Cain: Fukushi Ochiai
Raymond is the captain of Galcezon 1, and a member of Mafty. He’s a big guy, and is very caring for his comrades.
Iram Masam: Shunsuke Takeuchi
Iram is the deputy head of Mafty’s support suit Variant as well as a military member of the group. He knows about Hathaway’s past and is very understanding.
Mihessia Hence: Misato Matsuoka
Mihessia is a spy for Mafty as well as an operator. She’s a girl who loves to learn and gives Mafty her all. In Davao she meets with Hathaway.
Mitsuda Kenji: Chiharu Sawashiro
Kenji doesn’t have much knowledge about Mafty, but he’s a very excellent driver and on-site spy. He meets Hathway in Davao.
Mace Flower: Atsumi Tanezaki
Mace is a cabin attendant with beautiful blond hair and small mole near the lip. She belongs to 356 air plane. She reacts to Kenneth's motion neatly.
Hundley Yeoksan: Kouichi Yamadera
Hundley is the chief of the Criminal Police Organization. He decided to take the Haunzen 356 down to earth in order to participate in the Adelaide meeting.
